Official Canadian Identity Discs

Genuine Canadian Forces military dog tags. Used for RCSC, RCAC, RCACC just for fun or profit. You can include anything you want such as a nick name, address, emergency medical information. All engraving is done in uppercase. Click here for official format.

Data on the lower half of the identity disc is automatically repeated identically to the upper tag except blood type. Blood type will only appear on the upper half of the tag. Inscribed on the back of the tags is the standard DO NOT REMOVE NE PAS ENLEVER. You may choose to have this left off on the tag.

Each set comes with your custom engraving on a 1 2-part tag and a 30 inch chain.

Military identity discs are custom made with your personalized message. Each one of the identity discs can have up to 4 lines and 15 letters or spaces per line. Top & bottom will have the same information except blood type.

UPPER HALF OF DISC

1. The upper half of the identity disc will be stamped with:

LOWER HALF OF DISC

2. The lower half of the disc will be stamped as for the upper half except that the blood group and RH factor and DO NOT REMOVE/NE PAS ENLEVER will be omitted.
